Darlene Oakley is a freelance writer, editor, and transcriptionist based in Canada’s Niagara region. She has written for the dental, healthcare, and parenting audiences, and now specializes in scientific research and experimental development (SR&ED). She has over 200 articles published online to date. She has held various roles within the publishing industry for the past twenty-five years.
Darlene has been writing short stories and books since she first learned how to put pen to paper. Her writing is the culmination of a lifelong passion, born from a love of language, relatable characters, a touch of sci-fi, and elements of love and suspense.
